Upper back Hang from the racks with your back towards the floor and pull your body up towards the top of both racks. Once you are up, go down slowly!
Does it become easy after a few trainings? Try to pull up and hold on for a few seconds.
Lower back Lift your legs up! Hang from the racks with your back towards the floor and lift your leg up, as long as you can or as many times you can. Try 4 sets per leg and lift them up for 15 times.
Chest The third big muscle group you can train with the racks is the chest. Balance above the racks, elbows pointing back and slowly lower down with your body. Don' forget to keep your knees up. Once you're down, push yourself up in one explosive movement.
Try to do more and more repetitions or balance for a few seconds at the highest point.
Legs Balance with your arms outstretched on both racks. And tap your butt with your heel like a hamstring curl. Hamstrings are very important for athletes, especially when sprints are essential in your sport. The more power and coordination, the faster you will be.
Or train your flexibility and coordination by throwing your legs over it.
